usual bridge to Godstow and back by myself. I did beat my last time by 3 seconds so that is progress towards 30:30. And it felt a lot easier today than last time, perhaps because I ran later in the morning. I've pulled three minutes off my time for this run since I arrived at Oxford in early June.

usual run from bridge to Godstow with Nate. I did it, I accomplished my goal of sub 31 min before leaving Oxford! This will be hard to beat before I leave in a week but now the goal is 30:30.
