Intervals with Nate on path along river around first field with Nate. I ran each interval a little more evenly than last time but my pacing was still too fast for the first intervals. Overall I was a faster than last time. A good workout.

usual bridge to Godstow and back by myself. I pushed myself since I knew from last time I could reach the 31 min mark, but unfortunately I slowed down in the second half and just missed my last time by 7 sec.
