Rancho with Jason. He ran away from me on the short trail up to PG&E. It was way too hot and I'd eaten too many pancakes for breakfast so I couldn't really push hard, especially on the downhills. But my time is way better than a few months ago so I think my PR is not so far out of reach.

several of the exercises I couldn't complete fully.

foothills short loop with Jason. Beat my last time by over two minutes. Felt better too. I can't find a better time for this run in my log so I'm going to declare it a PR. I'm psyched, this means I'm in decent shape now. And I'm sure I can run it faster.

Blue at Camp Tamarancho. Ran relatively well but my navigation was pretty bad. I made three real errors that cost me about 20 min total. But I also made lots of small errors, poor route choice, hesitation, etc. The map was fun though. More forested than normal BAOC courses and with some interesting, detailed legs. Hopefully I'm just rusty from very little navigation practice over the last year.

Foothills intermediate loop (long without the loop at the end) with Russell. It was a great evening and a good run. We pushed hard and Russell only ran away from me at the end. About 30 sec off my PR for this run.

On rock, in the Berkshires with Boris, Kat, Tim, and Oanna. We were out all day so the time is some approximation of time spent actually climbing. My first time climbing outdoors on real rock. It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun. Now I hurt a lot.
