short intervals with Joanna's uncle and little cousin at a park in LA.
2:58,1:48, 2:07, 2:09,3:16
the first and last were just warmup and cooldown laps with her uncle and cousin. I have no idea of the distance.

hand surgeon said no sports for 4 weeks so I figured a good compromise would be to take it easy.

blue at Shell Ridge. It was a pretty poor performance. I was hesitant, took zigzag routes and kept missing controls by a little and having to search in the circle. I also didn't push myself running partly because I didn't want to fall on my hand and the terrain was steep and hard. This probably contributed to my lack of concentration in the race overall.

I was feeling bad before the game and football in the heat didn't help. I kept having to take breaks. Also, I busted my finger catching a pass.

el corte de madera alone. I beat my PR for this loop by over a minute. I think it had to do with finally following Abe's advice and not running too hard in the beginning so that I could keep running hard to the end.

foothills long loop with Abe. Set a personal best by a lot. This was quiite fast and a good run for me. Abe is much faster than me. Another beautiful day.

El corte de madera with Abe. I think this is my PR for this run. Not too surprising since Abe is a lot faster than me. It was a beautiful day for a run, especially up in the hills under the trees.
