Trail/Off-road Running long 2:35:56 [3] 26.0 km (6:00 / km) +400m 5:34 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine (Burgandy/Or

Long trail run with D at the Hydrocut. Windy and cool day which in the shelter of the trails was just fine, a beautiful run. Trails were pretty dry considering all the rain. Stopped a couple of times for gels and chat with riders and walkers I knew there.

[Runtime is moving time. Ascent estimated as corrected GPS showed 200m and uncorrected was 700m, both obviously wrong. Need a GPS with a barometric altimeter for better numbers.]

Road/City Trail Running hills 1:07:22 [3] 10.69 km (6:18 / km) +355m 5:24 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine (Burgandy/Or

Chicopee Hill repeats, 6 times up the long slow service road, and then 3 times doing the grind up North. Just a steady climb, nothing super intense... well, except I still felt like I wanted to puke at the top of North each time.

[Garmin annoyance... so, is it 487m ascent calculated on my distance from the Satellites by the watch (not Barometric) or is it 355m based on the elevation corrections, purportedly cross referenced to professionally surveyed map data. I'd like to believe the former, as it's higher :-), but I suppose the latter is likely more accurate, at least in a situation like this where it's one steady grind]

MTB Urban (Commute) 1:25:00 [3] 32.0 km (22.6 kph) +268m
shoes: Diadora XTrail 2 C

Errands, multiple trips. Exciting! (Time Est.)

Note

Hrmmm... seems out PI containment procedures failed as suddenly Wednesday I have (likely) PI in random spots. [PI clothes and shoes straight into a containment bag and washed promptly / and separately]

Stretching / Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

Yoga class for runners/bikers. First few weeks are yoga basics, still good to review (as I'm super inconsistent with my practice)
