Setting controls for the US AFA O Team. There was ankle deep snow everywhere and even though I took it easy and wore a brace I could feel that my ankle was not happy with the uneven terrain. Flat surfaces for me!

CRC - I was able to run! My ankle is a bit sore and I'm definitely sticking to flat surfaces, but so far so good! Woot!
