Green course at Mid-Atlantic's.
I felt good about all the legs but one at that was a big blunder (x3) I lost at least 15 minutes. Had a reasonable AP and missed two times.
Could have easily been under an hour without that.
This is my second time down in QOC land and the deep gullies are very interesting ( and slippery)
After going through some rough open from the car to the registration, I was wishing I had Duct Tape. There was a roll at registration which I borrowed to tape my thighs again. This worked great. Although I removed it for the relay thinking I was doing the easy leg but ended up running through a section I wished I was still wearing it.
