Canadian Sprint Ch Whistler. #7- thought control was on lower level and never even looked up - lost 7 mins as totally confused. At least an improvement on my last two sprints.

Canadian Middle.One Duck Lake. Pretty rugged stuff. Mucked up 3, lost track of knolls crossed after cutting across insstead of sticking to track.

Lost Lake training. Spent most of time dodging mountain bikes.

Run Lost Lake Loop. First real run for weeks and felt like it. Pulled up really tight in calves and hammies.
