Engadine Gym. Bike/Crosstrainer/Treadmill 39/30/25. Pushed hard on bike and had a go on the treadmill for a change. Did some calf raises and leg presses.

Metro Final Doonside Div 3. Went in an unmarked track on way to 6 and lost about 3 mins. Also 1 min at 4 and 1 going out of 7. Just looked at old map and termite mound was shown in clearing to the west, which would make sense seeing that I turned east first up and then had to run a long way back to the right clearing,

Knapsack Gully SL 11. Totally forgot about Plans B and C and just charged into scrub without real attack points and deserved to lose time. Inner hammies still painful.

The Cliff Track. First time for about 18 months. The hill at the Orford end has a lot more tree roots and eroded stones. Fairly happy with this and good to be up there again.

SHOO Forest Series Soapy Flat. Lots of tree fall and low growth. Forgot to tape laces and had to stop and retie them every 400m. Reasonably happy anyway.
