ACT Long Champs Bungendore. OK first half and then got sloppy in circle as I got tired. Good long distance course setting, esp compared to NSW events

Hope. Kellawa Rail Trail. Was going to have a bit of a run when we got here yesterday but gave the idea away as it was 38C and smokey. Trail led out to Othello rail tunnels - will come back later for look at those. No signs of bears or relics of Rambo from filming of First Blood in town some years back.

WCOC Long. Sabiston Cteek. Good long distance course setting but terrain harder going than it looked and silly mistakes compouded by tiredness just lead to more timeloss snd brainsnaps. Hard work.

WCOC Middle Dist Sabiston Creek. No resemblance whatsoever to the Model event just down the road. Too much taped route, some circles hard to find and a bit messy in general.

Kamloops Bike Ranch WCOC Sprint. Fantstic sprint area. Openerosion system with bike tracks and jumps and knolls, natural and m/m all over the place. Made a couple of hiccups and hesitations - 4 mins behind.

Canadian Long Champs Blackcombe Mtn. 300 m drop +. Say no more. Maybe one day I will realise that tracks are there to be usef. Lost heaps, maybe 12 mins on #2 so could have been up there with them.

Canadian Sprint Ch Whistler. #7- thought control was on lower level and never even looked up - lost 7 mins as totally confused. At least an improvement on my last two sprints.

Canadian Middle.One Duck Lake. Pretty rugged stuff. Mucked up 3, lost track of knolls crossed after cutting across insstead of sticking to track.
