Round to fire station. Wasn't sure if I was even going to be up to this one after feeling a bit tight in the hips and hammies after yesterdays little effort but was pleasantly surprised. not going to push my luck tomorrow, though. Went for a surf as well.

Soft Shoo Shuffle Schools Champs Rather poor courses for a schools event too tricky for this type of area. That said, I stuffed it anyway and should have taken 20 mins less at least.

Bardonecchia Sprint Model - all controls. Good that pavement and non-paved open are distinctly different colours and easy to pick.
