Rest Day. Physio appt with Tanya - back tight, hammy seems a bit more settled, left hip still twingeing but not as sharp as it was, knee ligament sore after cortisone shot, calf could do with some more stretching. Walked up and back twice to lend T book on walks along escarpment so 4k walk for day.

Up to the Tops via Goat Track. One hour massage session with Adam Jarrett - seems OK, works a lot on trigger points , had some good thoughts on stretching and pressure relief and should complement Tanya's work.

Kitchener. Not good, this one. Going to #2, instead of running up track to bend and heading at right angle, cut accross at angle from track (albeit pace counting) to pass through green and missed little W/C. Spent unbelievable 12-13 minutes at least running up and down, seeing T/Ms etc but no flag. Then, having slogged up to #9 tripped with left foot and just about ripped R hamstring tendon off the bone -or that was how it felt! Limped the rest of the way round and made a couple of 5 min stuff ups on the creek controls in the green. At least I have an appt to see Annetts on Wed so I will see whathe can do for me but I dont hold much hope :( .

Pelaw Main Middle Distance. Tried new glasses R lens reading, L distance - should have been better test but due to bloody Dennis and his microscopic features really needed to use magnifier as well.

Surf Club, Kalaroo, Lowercoast Rd, Stanwell Ave, Seaview Cr. Used Garmin to satisfy meself that the distance with down Hillside and up Seaview and into the Surf Club carpark is right on 8.00 k. Reckon the climb is 40 + 30 + 40 + 40 +20 + 40 + 20 + 30 + 40 = 300 m.

ACT Ch Glendale. Made general botch of this. Avoiding vegetation probably set things off from #2 and not looking at what features were going to be encountered on way finished them. Loosing 3 mins on simple 1 min last leg capped things off !

ACT Middle Ch Kowen East. Fairly poor due to one badly performed leg = 1 min and one exit in wrong direction due to different entry = 2 mins. Not very challenging course.
