Tampere park run. Pretty windy weather which affected the time slightly. Steady run otherwise and feeling quite alright. 1st lady.

20k tempo ride (189w). Forgot to charge the shifters and had only one gear which made it really hard. I think I could have ridden faster if I had had more gears. At least I got a proper lactate training for the legs :)

Tempo run right after the ride. Legs were really heavy and felt really slow. Very different feeling from the tempo run before the ride. Slightly slower pace but not much.
