Oof. Not the vibe today. Shins felt fine in warmup. Started some sort of workout, aimed for 5x 3min but only got through 2 of them. Been very stressed with school recently and that didn’t mixed well with tiredness and the first actually hot day this year. Abandoned it and made my way home. Right shin sore on the way home, left ok.
Gotta be more patient.

Focus on squat form, and started doing DB deadlifts from a raised platform for more depth- good stuff! Woke up early to ride then promptly fell back asleep for 45 mins by accident. Too rushed before my meeting.
