After a solid month, I'm finally running again! I figured that my R knee wasn't really getting better by not running, so I might as well. As I suspected, the knee felt perfect while running. I think I just need to mix things up, stretch, stretch, stretch, and not do things that make it feel funny, like sit at my desk for too long.
Ran to the lighthouse and back, giving myself three breathers, during one of which I stretched. Today was the first time I ran to the lighthouse when it was light out, and I see that it has a name: Amber Beacon. It looks better at night :P
Anyway, I'm glad I am back to running because I need to get in shape for

Oh, and today I spotted a roller skier! My very first sighting.
