"Easy" long in the hillier part of the city with forest tracks. I was totally out of energy after 65mins and after that my max heart rate alarm (180) was going off all the time. Uphills I had to walk anyway as the hr was hitting the 180 limit even by walking. The amount of walking increased towards the end and the last 1-2km I think the alarm was ringing constantly as I couldn't do jogging even with 5.30min/km under 180hr.
