Testing out my calf. Definitely kept the throttle back. Wasn't a slow run but it was a completely comfortable pace. Was focusing mostly on shorter strides.
I could still feel pain as I ran but not tremendous. Not sure if this is tightness or injured/healing tissue. Will continue to stretch and heat. If it doesn't get worse tonight I'll probably keep testing it.
