Running a Rowdy Dawg loop from the house. So started on the far end. Took me 1:39:30 which is faster than last year's first loop. Had one fall at the top of Trillium that held me up about a minute. It was really dry and loose and getting covered in leaves.

My climb up Snake was strong and where I gained my time but my time on Gap was just off of last year's pace. I think that was due to the starting halfway through the lap

Trails weren't too crowded. Came across two pairs of horses though.

The hills were a little big for E with the bigger green bike. It also didn't help that it was at the end of the ride.

Beautiful cool fall day in the Ravine. Didn't enjoy it too much as I was pushing a decent tempo. Strong pace but strong effort to get there. HR actually appears elevated but I was just using the watch.

Straley w/Zitch
All off leash. I was a bit cautious at the start because he was limping after his last run (Sat) but he seemed fine so we did a full run. He slowed a bit towards the end but that was partially because he was stopping to smell stuff. He caught me going up the last little hill.

Zitch was limping again. Favoring his left leg again and not really putting any weight on it.

Not sure if this is just soreness or an injury. We'll have to let the Vet check him out. May try one more 1 mi run in a few days.

Felt pretty good. Started off finishing what I didn't last Thursday.
Had a decent climb of Beast. One tiny toe touch away from cleaning it. Fastest time in 5 years.

Road the new section of Blunderbuss. Pretty intense rock descents but they all had ridearounds. Two steep uphills after the big drops.
