Ran around Kelly's Knob and Mountain Lake. First time on the AT between the two. Tried to find John's Creek Trail as best as I could. Was following something most of the time.

Got a blister on my toe. Think my shoes might be a bit tight.

First run on campus in a while. I ran this loop just before starting work from home. Ran with a buff as needed. Lots of people out taking advantage of the warm weather. It was a bit breezy though.

My knee was still a bit stiff at the start but it was fine after warming up. Pushed the pace but it was still slower than I would have hoped. Was doing this loop in 7's back in 2016.

Family ride. First time w/KT and first time on her new bike.

Lots of flowers. Saw the Helicopter take off from the drillfield.

E rode her pedal bike up and down the Huck and then got in the trailer to ride to the Duck Pond. Then rode strider briefly before getting back in the trailer.

Midnight Moonlight w/Zitch/Skip
Last moonlight run before the leaves come back. Ran the whole thing without a headlamp. Had to go slow in several spots, mainly the creeks. PC was running a bit high.

Knocked my LKnee jumping a log and slammed my face into the tree coming up Turtle. Wasn't so much that I couldn't see it. More that I was just looking down.

Also had to make a pitstop at the low point of Homeplace.
