Homeplace Slow due to tired legs and a belly full of fried foods. Left right after dinner. Finished just after civil twilight. Could have used some more light for the last time up and over the mountain.
Haven't been keeping track of my weight but haven't seen a number this low on the scale in probably a decade.
Have mostly been at 190-200. I think my weight has been dropping since Spring when I stopped going to the gym. I imagine all the lost weight is muscle and no fat.

Lick Run Turning the legs over. Felt right and then better. Not working too hard.
Pandaplace Did all of Gap Eastbound. Have a lot of work to do on PP and it really just isn't that fun at this point. Enjoyed the Holiday descent more than I was expecting.
