Long ride in. 35F

Finished upgrading my bike last night. Complete new 105 groupset installed. I also took off the pannier rack and moved that along with the old group to an older frame.

Noticed a big difference. Not surprising considering I was riding 10-year-old tiagra/sora technology and upgraded to the newest 105. Also switched to a double. Gear range is about the same. Actually a bit bigger but not quite as low.

Pandaplace w/Zitch/Skip
First run from the house since the sprain. Ran the loop backward from normal to give the ankle some time to warm up. Chilly but not too cold. Sun disappeared pretty early on.

Ankle felt ok. No major concerns but still not back to normal. Calf a bit tight too.

Physical Therapy
Talked about the potential that my issues are solely based on the length of my legs/misaligned hips. Jordan suggested adjusting my leg lengths while running (heel lift in R leg) and biking (cleat spacer?).
