Mountain Biking 1:48:18 [2] 14.13 mi (7.8 mph) +1976ft
shoes: Pearl Izumi X Alp Enduro III

MTB ride at Pandapas with Zitch. Turned out to be on the cooler side so we were able to go for a good ride. Overcast and breezy in the woods. Pace was on the slower side and he was hurting the last 2 miles. Mixed it up on Gap a bit.

Toe not effected.

Note

My toe was throbbing. Ended up draining it, nerve racking but effective. Still pain in the toe but much better.

Orienteering 1:47:43 [2] 7.1 mi (15:10 / mi) +2210ft 11:43 / mi
shoes: INOV8 Roclite 295

Mix Nav and run. Reattempted this climb of Brush
http://ar.attackpoint.org/viewlog.jsp/user_10132/p...

Had a different plan this time and took it all the way to the hilltop to eliminate any possible mistake. The ridgeline to the top is definitely slow going.

Also explored an old logging road on gap. Almost think this could turn into a new trail but when it faded the woods got real thick and it wasn't too close to another trail.

Stubbed my bad (L) toe 100yds from the house on a loose rock as it was past sunset (darkish). This may have been due to the INOV-8. It certainly is ironic.

Commuting 17:18 [2] 4.74 mi (16.4 mph) +280ft
shoes: Giro Rumble

Ride to PT/warm-up.

Made some more adjustments to my cleats. More needed.
3 PM

HealthCare 1 [0]

Got a reeval. My flexibility has improved but that may have been because I stretched out before this evaluation and didn't before the last.

My calves are still in bad shape and ironically the R is apparently a little worse than the L despite the tightness. Want to give it a few more weeks to see what happens.
4 PM

Commuting 1:19:59 [2] 24.4 mi (18.3 mph) +2035ft
shoes: Giro Rumble

Quite literally a ride around town. Nice to do a "longer" road ride than usual. Would like to make it out into one of the valleys east of town soon.

Cleat placement a little better but still have some fine tuning.
5 PM

Hiking 46:17 [0] 1.83 mi (25:18 / mi) +214ft 22:46 / mi

Walk at Heritage Park. First time I spotted the park down Westover.

Trail Running 57:19 [3] 6.36 mi (9:01 / mi) +931ft 7:55 / mi
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 3 (Blue #2)

Run with Zitch in Pandapas.

Drove into Pandapas as a way to mitigate the heat with more creek crossings for Z. Turned out to not be so hot just humid. It was nice to run on some different trails. Very wet in the woods but drainages and creeks were still low. More rain came after the run.

Commuting 35:24 [2] 10.22 mi (17.3 mph) +816ft
shoes: Giro Rumble

Ride in. Moved the seat down at the start. First time riding in via glade.

HealthCare 1 [0]

PT (Bike Fit)
Did lots of stretching, made sure my hips were straight and then checked the fit of my road bike. Moved the seat forward (already had moved it down on my commute) and moved my cleats to the wide part of my foot.

Kelly says I need orthotics for walking, running, and riding.
5 PM

Commuting 35:12 [2] 10.29 mi (17.5 mph) +807ft
shoes: Giro Rumble

Ride home.
