Ride with Zitch. Quick lollipop in Pandapas. Temps were pretty decent. Around 70/20.

Moved up to #3 on Beast.

Warmup on treadmill barefoot. Felt some weaker foot muscles working. Think I'll do some more barefoot treadmill runs at home to maybe warmup and work on them. Did some hip and thigh exercises and rolled IT. Kelly also relieved some tension in my hips. Leg felt good when I left.
