Easy ride to and from Assunpink with my Dad. He rode some single track trails on his Hybrid bike. I was very impressed.

Mom and KT met us in Assunpink with Zitch and Cappy. Zitch went for a nice swim. Cappy just thought about joining.

Morning PHT run with Tico. Comfortable pace. Humid. 65F and 65DP.

Chain Bridge to Dead Run via Turkey Run. Nice lollipop loop. Had lots of other options to avoid the lollipop but we were low on time after scrambling to parkat CB since Turkey Run was locked up.

Took a while for the watch to get a signal. Added time and distance.
