Dr B thought I looked good considering the race. Saw some inflammation on the outside of my left foot. I may be overcompensating for a weak arch and putting more pressure on the outside. This may be causing all my tightness. Plan to go to a running store to look at my gate.
Stretching (Roller) 20 
Rolled at the doctors office.
Podiatrist. Toe is looking good. A few more precautions but on track.
Left calf is really tight and foot is a little sore.
