Ran at the lake down the street from my parents house. Some of the trails had caution tape across it so I ducked under it and ran with caution. I think it was because there were still a few downed trees from Sandy but nothing really across the whole trail. One of the last trails I got to around the lake was actually pretty bad. Was able to fight through it the first time and think the second time was even a little faster.

Ran hard the last quarter mile to get my miles under 8min.

Weather was clear! 23WC with a 15mph tailwind. Sidewind at times. Lots of delays. Would have been a super fast commute if not for the delays. Good to be back on the bike. It's all about the bike.

Pressure on the cut on my hand from the Omeet was bothersome. Also need to adjust bars. They keep slipping forward.

Advanced forecast called for clear skies after 4 days of rain but last night the weathermen changed their mind calling for a snow storm. Can't ride in that. Ended up being nothing, probably could have ridden. Should be clear tomorrow.
