Easy run around the neighborhood trails. Pretty standard loop. Wet conditions and lots of trees still down from the storms. Shoes did not handle the wet conditions well. Almost face planted in the culvert. Legs felt pretty rested. Not sure how strong they are though.

Oblique felt was definitely noticeable. A faster pace would definitely be more cumbersome. This pace was endurable but not great. Maybe a trip to Dr B tomorrow.

Dropped the car off for service and road in.

Couldn't use the drops because of pain. The hoods really weren't all that comfortable either.

Drops weren't quite as bad as the morning.

Feeling very beat up still. More so than other racers for no obvious reason. Something wrong with my abdomen. Can't twist/lift torso.

Emergency visit. Had him look at my abdomen.
Says I have a strained oblique and may have shingles, wtf.
