Too many small mistakes which all add up, some parts went very well but at times I was too focused on racing and forgot to orienteer so fairly average run really, also feeling tired from sprints yesterday.

Good run, 2 ~10s mistakes near the end but otherwise really happy with it, pushed really hard because I didn't want to take any chances qualifying for the a final against the w21s.

Really good run, only lost a couple of seconds in a few places so very happy, just running slower than the heats, obviously feeling tired.
w18 British sprint champion, oops I mean 8th on women's open, imagine having a class just for w18s, that would be silly...

Long journey home from Oban, got back to Holmfirth about 10pm yesterday and then got a train the rest of the way home today, spent the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing which makes a nice change!

In serious need of a rest now (mentally as well as physically) as I have done so much this summer and I am completely exhausted. Got a few things coming up but I will rest in between and I'm not going to start training properly again until I feel fully ready.

Let the recovery commence!
