Orienteering race (HAVOC Langdon Hills) 59:22 [4] 10.06 km (5:54 / km) +210m 5:21 / km
shoes: Innovate Roclite 212

Decent race, but some (generally small) annoying errors:
#5 - the worst: vegetation in the circle didn't add up, but should have noticed that I had drifted into the broken ground to the east... lost a minute or two
#9 - probably should have taken the northerly route
#10 - cc error (too far left)
#12 - cc error (too far right)
#13 - cc error (it was in the wrong place)
#14 - probably could have been more direct but didn't fancy the risk after two poor control circles

Maybe up to 3-4mins overall

Update: above assumptions were correct, and noticed in the points: 1275 reflects the fact it wasn't quite spot on... quite annoyed by that silly error on #5

I've noticed over the last few weeks (since the OMM really) that the top of my right kneecap is a bit sore/ stiff after exercise (or during sometimes). Will need to keep and eye on it to check it's not a quad tendon issue

ITW - after tea and breakfast (oates) this time, and with a bit more sleep. Still had a large backpack (laptop bag instead of laptop in it today). Felt very different to yesterday, a lot fresher and easier

ITW - with a heavy backpack (including laptop and everything). Definitely a bit of a struggle: legs quite sore for a morning run, Not sure if that's due to the early start, lack of sleep, OMM-hangover, or due to football.
