Solid run. Legs still tired and a mild hangover from Sean's birthday drinks didn't help matters. Tried a direct option early on (#2), but think on long options some path routes were better. Once or twice I wasn't perfect in the circle, which may have cost some seconds. Main error on #23, ended up slightly too far and probably had a minute searching. Forest operations made that area quite confusing. Happy in general though to keep it clean. Definitely an arra were relocation would be very tough

Easy around Wapping, the Tower, to Waitrose (4.21k). Quick shop, the home (2.17k). Low gear, quick cadence. Patter patter. Felt easier than Tuesday

Effectively a long fartlek training session. Not fussed about the time. Hit the training objective, although my legs were quite sore from around halfway and I was than usually overall (particularly in that second half). Not quite recovered yet

Lower calves are still very stiff and sore

shoes: Nike Free Run

Lower calves (particularly left) are still sore. Easy recovery run along the road to Wapping, round Tower Bridge and back past Waitrose to the canal. Nice easy distance as adds up almost exactly to 30mins
