Reasonably easy run from the Hilton at Zurich Airport around the Hartwald. Not really feeling it at the begging (I've felt very tired and a little stiff the last couple of days). Found a bit more rhythm though, pushed through some hills and was actually cruising at around 4:30 by the end. Still looking forward to the holiday! 1 day to go!!!

ITW - Early start, leaving at 7:05 to be in for my important 8am meeting. Although I had bouts of dizzyness over night I generally felt better than expected once moving...

I blame the dizzyness on being lazy for the last few days! :)

Good run overall, but a couple of minor errors cost me
#3 - punched an extra one (5s)
#4 - hesitate as was on wrong side of the wall (5s)
#19 - wrong side of fence (10s)
#22 - tried a locked gate, then hesitated as i didn't at first spot the gap i wanted to run through (10s)
#23 - wrong way round the building (7s)
#30 - exited the wrong way, extra route (5s)

Lots of small errors, but they add up (abput 40-45s... enough in a Sprint). Regardless, I was 2:30 down on Ed when we last raced here two years ago, despite a clean run. Less than 30s this time. A lot of improvement, but still a little short of the pace I want to be at (still dropping on the running legs)

Haven't raced enough this series to rank... shame about thr hifhgate blackout past #12... would have been my best result an 96/97 extra points
