Warm-up/ down - 4:20, 870m, 20m climb 8x 210m (approx), 20m climb - 1:10 (1:04r), 1:12 (1:05r), 1:13 (1:07r), 1:15 (1:12r), 1:14 (1:14r), 1:14 (1:13r), 1:12 (1:10r), 1:09 (1:12r) Didn't have much time. Nice gravel track with a reasonably consistent gradient behind the hotel. Good for some hill reps
