Evening run after dropping Anca at the airport. Tired from the weekend, so happy to settle for an easy sub-5 pace. Ran through Boston Common to Charles River, out to Cambridge an around Havard University Campus. Back to the Common on the tube, and jogged home from there.
Tested the new shoes: Nike Free Run+. Very comfortable. Thin sole, so this is one for the road. Will get another pair of Pure Cadence as well

Cycling around MV (Oak Bluffs, Edgartown for lunch, Vineyard Haven, West Chop, East Chop). The bike had an electric engine for when you got lazy, but that still counts... Right?

Minuteman national park, site of the battle of Lexington and Concord (start of the American Revolution). Out the undulating gravel path from the visitors centre to Mariam's corner, stopping at the info panels (time off). Back in one fluid go. Beautiful evening

Another short night, (11-5). Up early to go for a run, as I doubt it will happen in the evening. Down towards South Boston past the Gillette World HQ, Pappas Way, and back through the Financial District, Old State House, and accorss Boston Common. Not pushing it, feeling quite tired. Still crazy humid (93% humidity)
