Easy early morning on the Treadmill. Relaxed this week as I've got the 10k on Sunday and am sure to be tired from travelling

Too cold to run outside. On the thread mill. Warm up, then 4:48 m/k for the most. 4:35 m/k for the last 12 mins. Inclines between 2 and 5.7% for 300m every 300m. Felt easy

Swimming (Lengths (short)) 15:00 [3]

15mins of crawl in the hotel pool. Lengths are only around 10m

Official distance: 9.2k, 235m climb
Fourth overall. Only one mistake I really noticed, #10 where my attackpoint was a boulder on the map. Missed it amidst the (unmapped) green and dropped 50s. Found out it was a manhole cover. Otherwise need some more pace. Beat Tom by 5 secs :-)
