First half in holding midfield. Second half at right back. Drew 2-2 after being two down at half time. Legs were quite sore and stiff from yesterday

Messed up #13-#14 slightly, and #14-#15 massively!!! Lost four minutes on the latter as i thought the gap in the fence was a building, so went back almost past #13 (800m extra)... Annoyed, as it was a decent run otherwise, despite the fact I'm not yet fit
