Parkrace at Streatham Common

First 10 controls went very well... real flow, but tiring slightly.

Knee started hurting a bit around 13-14, and my calves struggled with the uphill sections in the latter part.

Shocking route choice on #15-#16, still don't know why I went north, but definitely didn't see the gaps in the fences. Error on #20, although I was really confident coming in that I'd found the heart-shaped path... seemed almost as if the control was on an additional path not on the map.

Overall, lost a minute, which is annoying because I was within 14 seconds of 8th, but finished 10th.

8th in the series overall though. Fantastic result after 18th last year! Time to focus on getting my knees and calves sorted out now

Good race overall. Seemed to run at a decent pace throughout. No pain during the run.

Made some silly errors on #6 (hestitated), #8 (wrong route-choice), #18 (lost 30seconds in the forest) and #19 (diverted slightly). Could have maybe gained 45-60 seconds overall, but probably not enough to finish 6th anyway.

Calf hurted once I finished.
