Mind and Body, bit different again this week. Feel like stuff is beginning to get a bit easier.

Group all ran together, nice to have a bigger group. Went to Duddingston but had forgotten than there were no lights! probably need to start taking one. Felt much easier than running had recently, perhaps having 3 days where I did basically nothing was what I needed.

ESOC Junior training, Corstorphine Hill.
Lead the short WU. Then split off into groups, I was with the Orange group. Did a map walk and then shadowed them on a course back again. Fun relay at the end.
Total time was about 2 hours but it was very stop start and not that much running!

Got in for 7, yay! Weights, still increasing, got the disks confused so ended up doing more on OH squat than I meant but I could still do it! And had time for 3x circuit at the end.

Down to DVC and did WU and drills with the others and then did an extended loop back again. Definitely made the right decision, legs were very tired after this morning/the weekend.
