ESOC Sprint - Prologue, Women's Open.
Enjoyed it, nice to run somewhere new. Found it tricky to read the map at some points but no real mistakes apart from running past 15 because I thought it was further in. Feeling quite good too.

ESOC Sprint - Chase, Women's Open.
Didn't feel like I was running as well this time, got cold standing around at the start and then it started hailing. Didn't really navigate as well either. Silly mistake on 8, not realising you couldn't get through. Was running on my own for most of it, managed not to lose any places though.

FWTN, Bonaly, Short.
Enjoyed it, was a bit sloppy in places, was trying to go too fast i think. The map wasn't that great in some parts either. Too high on 2 and too far left on 13.

WU, Front squat, seated box jump, OH barbel press, MB wall putt, MB sit up, nordics, KB SL deadlift, Side bend. 2x circuit.

Running 41:35 [2] 6.2 km (6:42 / km) +45m 6:28 / km

Was going to do intervals but was feeling rubbish, sore head, weird chest pain and just generally bleuch. So just did the warm up and drills and an easy extended loop home.

ESOC social. Street score, went out round Dalkeith Road way. Got a bit further than I expected and was good fun.
