5 mins easy at start and end. Rolling hills in between, fairly easy.

Probably shouldn't really count this. Went up to Blackford Hill to watch and be the finish at the Scottish Student relays.

To and from Firrhill. Tough on the way back as legs were really tired.

To the start before and then again with Katrina after as a warm down.

ESOC Urban, Women's Open.
Really enjoyed it, there were enough controls so that it didn't get boring.
Hesitation just after 10 because I hadn't looked ahead so didn't notice the long leg. Just stopped looked at the map properly and then carried on. Fairly happy with all my routes now, though at the time I wasn't sure about a couple. Managed to keep up the pace the whole way too.
Couldn't breathe at the end, chest was so tight once i'd stopped, a semi cold hanging around.

8 times round 5 exercises (missed out agility). Then bench press 3x5x35kg. The core circuit at end 3x5, 30:15, 1min between.

5mins easy at start and end. Rolling hills in-between. On the cross trainer in the my gym.

5mins easy at start and end and 2:1 intervals in-between.Feel like they are getting a bit easier.

Round 6 exercises 8 times, then vertical jump test (15.2, i'm awful at jumping) and max tests. Did bench press because didn't want to load up my knee, 35kg.
