Running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Orienteering 14:35 [4] 2.22 km (6:34 / km) +14m 6:22 / km

ESOC Ultrasprint, Hopetoun House.
Race 1. The whole event was really good fun :) The maze was extra confusing this year because it was circular and it was quite hard the first time you went in. None of the controls had codes so you had to make sure you were in the right place.
Only thing in this race was that I could have taken a faster route to 7.

Orienteering 18:12 [4] 2.6 km (7:00 / km) +19m 6:45 / km

Race 2. This one was longer and I was pretty tired by the end. Lost at least 30s on no 6, Was the first one put of the maze, hadn't quite adjusted to the scale I think, and went into the trees in the wrong place.

Orienteering 14:58 [4] 2.2 km (6:48 / km) +15m 6:35 / km

Race 3. Was really flagging by the end and felt pretty slow but this was the race I did best in for some reason!
Also didn't have any mispunches on any of them :)

EUOC Freshers Day in Livingston, Deans and Dechmont.
Shadowed Rose (one of the freshers) round 2 courses. This was the first one.

Orienteering 9:11 [3] 1.58 km (5:49 / km) +15m 5:33 / km
shoes: Blue asics

Second course.

Orienteering 7:36 [4] 1.2 km (6:20 / km)

Fun relay to finish. Was a star relay in teams of 3.

EUOC orienteering intervals.
Was good fun and got to chat to some of the new people (was in a group with 4 new people and Kristian). Think they all seemed keen and enjoyed it :)
Back was getting sore near the end.

Easy run before breakfast (only free time I have today). Feeling a bit slow and tired. Back a bit sore.

Went from the flat to join in the warm up and drills with EUOC. Found it a little fast, but managed to just about keep up! Jogged back home again after. Garmin wasn't playing so had to just use a normal watch. Knee and foot started hurting about halfway through.

Various drills, leg swings, bum squeeze, high knees, lunges etc. Some strides as well.
