Cross Trainer 45:00 [3] 6.2 km (7:15 / km)

5mins easy at start and end. 4:3 intervals in the middle. Not sure i'd do the 4:3 intervals again. Wanted something easy but with a bit of HR increase, felt like there was too much easy, but you don't know if you don't try.
