After the 16 hours drive in a broken van just did a couple of runs. Quite hot out. Touching 30s but OK. Dry and dusty. Bike feels good so far

Domination sprint O from wildwood.
Short and sharp 3k course suited me fine for a tester run.
Tentatively ditched the compressport on the calf and chanced the SLABs. Calf held up fine so I'll tick the recovered box on that one.
back is still a bit sore but movement is coming back by the day.
So very unfit. Surprised I made third behind Henry and Mike.

Father's day MTB with Henry. Back feels quite strong now. Just a bit sore and stiff. Still took it dead easy as not to tweak anything again. Not as muddy as expected despite the constant rain.

Back still sore so hobbled into it to try and loosen up a bit. It never loosened but the calf started to get sore as well.
Quite easy nav wise but to be expected at that speed.

A more complex map but this time even slower. Ended up walking it. Even cocked up a couple of controls. Went the long way round.

Feeling like the side was getting better but got up from lying on the bed and something went crunch. Could hardly move. Think it is cracked rib.

Supposed to be a quick morning ride on the Chase. Crashed into a tree and bruised up my arm and side pretty bad.

Feeling a bit sore but need to get some training on now. Can't run because of calf so road bike it is. Dusted off the cobwebs and pumped up the tyres. Not used the thing since C2C. about 9 months ago.
The old Levedale loop. Felt alright but a bit slow because of the sore back.
