Excellent weekend in Blackpool at a tournament with Lucy’s football team. Went swimming in the sea and it was boiling. A good 10 degrees warmer than fife. Must be due to the flat sands. Big jellyfish though. Am managing to walk a bit further now, but still hobbling around first thing. I walked to work today (1.5miles) and it is aching now. Bummer
