TVOC Chiltern Challenge: Penn and Common Woods
In last place by five minutes at control #1. That set the outcome for the rest of the race, even if I did have some reasonable legs in the remainder of the race.

I hope I can pull it together for Ashridge next weekend.

Soho: 1,620m but >1km FRONT CRAWL!!!
I'd only managed 120m continuous crawl before. Over 1km in consecutive 250m intervals. Really pleased.

Soho 1,620m: 240+240 breast; 6 x 120/60front/back; 30 breast; 30 crawl
First time I’ve managed sets of four lengths (120m) if front crawl. Breathing every three rather than four seems to be helping. Will up to six next time.
