Best yoga session so far: all on hips. Really felt the benefit. Followed the session with 3 x 20 heel drops from a stair on both legs. Completed the injured right side with no bother; started to lose form at about 50x on the left side, probably due to less stretching. On to plyometrics: small jumps next.
Fourth acupuncture session. Painful going in so no stimulation this time. Utterly fed up of not being able to exercise, particularly as I've now got a bike slot at the office…
