Orienteering (line-o) 1:14:00 [1] *** 4.0 km (18:30 / km)

line-o in college woods, no compass. couldn't really motivate myself to go faster, mostly walking--some jogging. ahr:133

Orienteering (rerunning legs) 1:11:00 [3] *** 5.0 km (14:12 / km)

back to fort rock to pick up controls and re-run some legs. trying different routes on some--messing up pretty good on one. includes a bunch of time sitting around hiding at controls. ahr:140

blue course at fort rock...part of NE team training camp. being super-carefull all the time to avoid the huge cost of relocation here. no major errors, a relatively good run on such an unforgiving map. ahr:177

also several hours of o-related activities: discussion of o-techniques, race preparation/strategy, etc; map study; race post-mortem and route analysis.

same loop as yesterday. have the other kind of spring weather today...constant drizzle. ahr:160 (rhr:52) think I'm starting to get spring allergies--its about that time.

a short run to keep insanity at bay, and to warm up for stretching. big toe all better, knee feels ok; working on loosening it up this week. still taking it easy until the weekend. ahr:155
