R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Landed off angle after jumping ditch. Lots of pressure on ankle because I had been running downhill at a pretty good clip. Hobbled all over looking for a home with someone around so I could use the phone.

SHOULD HAVE WORKED ON FLEXIBILITY SOONER. (draw alphabet in the airs with pointed toes).

Swelling is down almost completely. Walking normal now. Will start running soon.
