another migraine
got the aura in town after work on my way to meet Oli for tea before heading to the theatre, went to the cathedral to sit down in the dark quiet for 10 mins but it was shut so just sat on a wall outside...had pretty much gone by the time Oli arrived. Still got the dull headache the next day though - especially when I cough.
