R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Landed on a slippery rock and my ankle buckled underneath me. Badly sprained my ankle a few years ago, so this is a vulnerable area for me.

Need to stay away from bulky shoes. Low profile is the way to go. Also, as this is a recurring injury, need to stick with a strength and balance routine.
