Arm, Other

2010-08-16 – 2010-09-05

Grade: 2

Fell two times when trying to unclip the right shoe shortly when I took off. It appears, cleat bolts loosened that required to twist right foot too far to unclip. I didn't unclip my racing shoes normally for a while since I keep my shoes clippped on pedal already when mount/dismount during races. I found loosened bolts only at home. Not sure if there is fracture or just. Just feel pain and hand is swollen.

Avoid impact and time, time, time...
